A learning membership for organisations shaping hopeful futures
The Future Stewards Studio is a year-long learning membership for organisations who want to work more consciously with the future.
We’re launching with a small founding circle – with Ambition Loop, co-founded by Nigel Topping, among the first partners – before opening wider membership in 2026.
Anchored in Three Horizons and enriched with complementary systems and futures practices, the Studio offers structured space for reflection, sense-making and purposeful action rooted in your real work.
More than a one-off training, it’s an ongoing practice that helps organisations see, imagine and act together.

Self-paced Learning
Shared foundations your whole organisation can access anytime.
Includes:

- Curated learning resources
- Guided videos and explainers
- Tools, exercises and templates
Creates a common language and baseline understanding across teams.
Group Programme
A tailored learning pathway co-designed with your Learning Steward.
Includes:
- Three Horizons deepening & application
- Learn methods for working with patterns, transitions, and imagination
- Practical tools for real-world application
Provides 2–4 live sessions for a cohort of 15–20 people, shaped around your needs.
Peer Learning
A place to learn with and alongside others throughout the year.
Includes:
- Weekly Open Studio drop-ins
- Monthly future-sensing gym
- Peer practice and reflection spaces
- A shared community platform
Creates a steady rhythm of connection, insight and real-time sense-making.

The Founding Circle
We’re opening the Studio with a small founding circle before membership widens in mid-2026, creating a rare opportunity for early partners to learn together in this first phase. We’re currently welcoming a small number of additional founding partners into this early cohort.
