Who is this pathway for
This pathway is designed for organisations that want to build internal capability to teach and support the Three Horizons method. It is intended for experienced in-house facilitators who want to:
steward Three Horizons responsibly within their organisation
help colleagues grow confidence as facilitators
strengthen futures capability across teams and departments
deepen their own practice through teaching and guided reflection
Prerequisite:
To participate, you’ll need to have completed the Three Horizons Facilitator Training (Future Stewards or equivalent).
If your organisation is exploring a broader capability-building journey, the Studio includes Train the Trainer as an integrated pathway within its annual learning model.

Is Train the Trainer included in the Studio?
Yes. For organisations taking part in the Studio, Train the Trainer is offered as one of the pathway options within the annual programme.
Can we combine Facilitator Training and Train the Trainer?
Yes. If you have team members who need both, we can create a combined package. Simply indicate this when you register your interest.
How is the programme delivered?
